Question: 

6 year old child had recurrent abdominal pain and vomiting past 6 years and suddenly one day admitted with severe guarding and rigidity and on examination- PR-180/Minute, Temperature- 104 degrees. BP- 90/40 mmHg. X ray showed multiple air fluid level. The surgeon who opened the abdomen found this much of small bowel as Gangrene. Only some proximal 10 cm jejunum and 10 cm terminal ileum was normal. The most probable diagnosis is 

a. Trauma

b. Mesentric tear

c. Midgut Volvulus

d. Necrotising enterocolitis
